防汛抗旱應急裝備，是華全自主研發的防汛抗旱產品。該產品可根據客戶需求配置兩輪、四輪、防護棚，流量100-3000m³/h，揚程10-300m，可選進口或國產柴油機，進出口水管連接為快接法蘭連接。配置專利技術的凸輪轉子泵，5-15秒上水，防堵塞設計，可通過2.5-10cm的纏繞物。
主要用途：
1.快速排澇：如將地下設施（礦井、地鐵、地下隧道等）積水快速排出救援的功能；在城市遭遇洪水，特大暴雨襲擊的時候，快速排水；
2.應急供水：具有在地震、海嘯、水源污染、城市供水管網損壞時，用于城市應急供水的功能；在局部地區遭遇干旱時，向社區居民輸送大量的生活水源；
3.長距離輸水：具有將幾公里外的水源快速的輸送到火場滅火的功能或者將城市暴雨積水排到幾公里外的渠道中或下水道中的作用；

Main uses:

3. Long distance water delivery: it can quickly transport the water from several kilometers away to the fire site to extinguish the fire, or discharge the urban rainstorm water into the channels or sewers several kilometers away;
